Considering our business model, fresh and fast, we deliver the "Wow" factor by operating the entire cooking and food preparation/serving line behind the counter in front of our customers; a true stage presentation. We have a "Pasta Stage": the making and the cooking of pasta, the "Sandwich Stage": the assembly of our Sandwiches and Grinders, the "Rotisserie Oven Stage": our meats are only cooked in our gas rotisserie ovens and finally the "Gelato, Dessert and Coffees Stage". The customers see exactly how their food is made, cooked and prepared for serving.

The logistics are quite simple and we would build and deliver a turn-key operation including procedure manuals and training on the premise, assuring the high quality is to our company standard.
