Our Passion

We take pride on our product made like " Mama used to make". The pasta is freshly made before your eyes from high quality Semolina flour without any preservatives. The texture is quite light and fluffy, thus allowing our zesty made sauces to infuse with the freshly cooked pasta.

We also offer whole wheat made pasta, or pasta made with red sweet peppers, spinach, beat and other fresh seasonal vegetables creating different vibrant colors and very earthy flavors.

Our Grinders ( 8-inch sandwich) are made with hard stone baked artisan bread, filled with our pork, beef, meatballs and sausages carefully cooked in our rotisserie oven and infused and served with our variety of sauces, from our fresh garlic and tomato to our tasteful Au Jus, topped with melted provolone cheese.

Our Tuscan rotisserie chickens are seasoned with fresh herbs and basted with balsamic vinegar

Our Porchetta Romana is prepared with fresh garlic, fennel seeds and rosemary, taking your flavored bursting palate back to Antica Roma, early Roman Century, like " Ceaser used to make ".

And finally our Gelato, truly Artisan Italian ice cream, made from Fior di Latte, cream naturally extracted from the milk, and a variety of Italian imported products , from Italian finest chocolates crafted in the Northern Italian Alps to juiciest Blood Oranges picked off the Sicilian trees.
